Fever Street – Swanage Blues Festival
Friday 2 October
Fever Street play live at the Scott Arms on Friday 2 October from 8pm as part of the 25th Swanage Blues Festival lineup.
FeverStreet was formed in 2018 by three comrades who have been performing together in other guises for over three years. Their eclectic and infective mix of Jazz, Blues, Gospel and Soul are performed to soothe the psyche and inflame the fervour to kick up your heels.
Founder FeverStreeters, Bruce ‘Scamp-possessed’ Griffin – piano man; Dave ‘Grand rhythms’ George – perfect percussion and Rachel ‘Medicinal kook’ Murray lead vocals, were joined in 2023 by Lizzie ‘He’s called Burt’ Barnes on tip-top double bass.
